Do I have to take the monthly retainer?

No. The $1,499 website project and the $2,499/month retainer are separate services. You can commission a build or rebuild without signing up for ongoing work. We agree any retainer separately.

Can you work on a website you didn’t build?

Yes, subject to reviewing the site, platform and access. If your website has sound foundations, we can discuss monthly care and growth without requiring a rebuild.

What if I only need a repair?

A full rebuild may be more work than you need. Book a call and tell us what’s broken. We’ll review the problem and discuss a suitable scope and quote.

How many pages or articles are included?

We agree the website’s pages, integrations and content responsibilities before starting the project. For monthly work, we agree the content volume, publishing schedule and priorities before you sign up. These are written into your scope.

Are there other fees or a minimum contract?

Any third-party hosting, domain, booking-software or other costs are identified during scoping. Retainer duration, cancellation terms, payment schedule and any applicable taxes are confirmed in your proposal before you commit.

Can you guarantee rankings, bookings or AI recommendations?

No. We work to improve the quality, visibility and usefulness of your website, but we cannot control search rankings, guest decisions or recommendations from AI tools.
